Data Journalism Workshops

USCET holds Data Journalism Workshops with Chinese partners to assist students, teachers, and practitioners to improve their technical skills. At each workshop, USCET invites experts from institutions such as Columbia University and the University of Missouri, or Pulitzer Prize-winning journalists as trainers. The trainees learn how to use data analysis tools, how to organize and design stories, and how to integrate data with text.

中美教育基金会与中国合作伙伴共同举办数据新闻工作坊，旨在帮助学生、教师和从业者提高技术水平。在每个研讨会上，中美教育基金会邀请来自哥伦比亚大学和密苏里大学等机构的专家或普利策奖获奖记者作为培训师。学员会学习如何使用数据分析工具，如何组织和设计故事，以及如何将数据与文本更好地融合在一起。
