USCET Launches China Opportunity Scholarship Program at the Agricultural University of Hebei
USCET President Julia Chang Bloch and Director of Operations Stephen Smith visited Baoding, Hebei to sign a Memorandum of Understanding with the Agricultural University of Hebei.
