With a mission of promoting US-China relations through education and exchange for China’s next-generation leaders, education is at the heart of all of USCET’s programs. Our Scholarship & Exchange Programs bring Chinese students and scholars to the US to study as well as directly support tuition expenses for low-income Chinese students, enabling them to attend university.
