Ko-Yung Tung is a Lecturer on Law at Harvard Law School. Mr. Tung is the former Senior Vice President and General Counsel of the World Bank and Secretary General for the International Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes.
Mr. Tung has experience in both the international public sector as well as with private clients. He has advised sovereign governments and agencies with regard to foreign direct investments, financial regulations, investment disputes, foreign assistance programs, anti-corruption initiatives, and judicial and legal reforms. He has represented private multinational companies in connection with their global strategies and their negotiations with public and private counterparts.
Mr. Tung was a lecturer at Yale Law School and was previously a visiting professor at New York University School of Law. Mr. Tung was a member of Phi Beta Kappa at Harvard University and was editor of Harvard International Law Journal.
