Natasha Leong

Natasha is USCET’s Program and Communications Intern. She is currently a Junior at Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service pursuing a Major in Regional and Comparative Studies, focusing on the regions of the United States and Asia with a specialization in US-China relations, and Minors in Chinese and Environmental Studies. Prior to her work at USCET, she interned at the Chinese American Museum in DC (CAMDC), helping run the front desk of the museum, develop various outreach and communications efforts, and provide support in current exhibitions and museum events. Natasha is also currently the Vice President of Marketing for Students of Georgetown Inc., which is the largest, entirely student-run, public nonprofit and charitable organization in the world, with annual revenues in excess of $5 million. 

As a Program and Communications Intern at USCET, Natasha is responsible for conducting online and social media communications, including developing strategies on how to best utilize USCET’s various online platforms. Natasha’s background in creative marketing and graphic design also enables her to support USCET with graphic design, social media, and web development. Lastly, Natasha contributes to the development and implementation of USCET’s new, upcoming initiatives, ranging from research in the realm of US-China relations, as well as reporting and grant writing.
