Yi Duo, one of USCET’s 2022 Samuel “Sandy” R. Berger Memorial fellows, was selected for the 2023 cohort of the prestigious Rhodes Scholarship Program at the University of Oxford. Yi Duo is currently a senior undergraduate student at Peking University majoring in International Political Economy.
