Xiaochen Su is a Program and Communications Intern at the US-China Education Trust (USCET) for the fall 2026 semester. She supports USCET’s research, communications, outreach, and program development.
Xiaochen is currently pursuing a Master of Public Policy at Georgetown University’s McCourt School of Public Policy. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Political Economy and Public Policy from Duke Kunshan University. Her academic interests include U.S.-China relations, technology and public policy, and cross-cultural communication.
Before joining USCET, Xiaochen gained experience in policy research, consulting, and digital strategy. At Trivium China, she analyzed Chinese national and local policy developments and their implementation across provinces and cities. She has also worked on policy research and advocacy projects in Washington, D.C. Through her work, she hopes to contribute to greater mutual understanding and constructive engagement between the United States and China.

她目前就读于乔治城大学麦考特公共政策学院，攻读公共政策硕士学位，本科毕业于昆山杜克大学政治经济学与公共政策专业。她的学术兴趣包括中美关系、科技与公共政策以及跨文化交流。
加入USCET之前，小宸曾参与政策研究、咨询与数字化战略相关工作。在策纬咨询（Trivium China）实习期间，她重点关注中国国家及地方政策动态，并研究国家政策在不同省市的落地与执行。她也曾在华盛顿特区参与政策研究与倡导项目。她希望通过研究与交流工作，增进中美之间的相互理解，并推动更具建设性的跨文化沟通与合作。
