All of us at USCET congratulate Ambassador Julia Chang Bloch on her Excellence in Achievement Award from the University of California, Berkeley’s Cal Alumni Association.  Ambassador Bloch accepted her award on March 24 at the annual Charter Gala event in San Francisco.  The Charter Gala is the Cal Alumni Association’s signature event commemorating the founding of the University of California in 1868.  The Gala celebrates the achievements of some of the University of California’s most distinguished alumni and the service of their most dedicated alumni volunteers.

张之香大使在加大位于旧金山的年度联欢晚会上登台领奖。该晚会从1868年起开始举办，一直以来都是加大校友会庆祝校诞的标志性活动。晚会奖项颁给那些拥有卓越成就的加大校友和最富有奉献精神的校友志愿者。
