USCET Advisory Board Member Marlene Johnson Appointed to Newly Created HSAAC

USCET Advisory Board Member Marlene Johnson, who is the CEO and Executive Director of NAFSA, was recently appointed to the newly created Homeland Security Academic Advisory Council (HSAAC).  HSAAC is comprised of university presidents and academic leaders and is charged with advising Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano and senior leadership at the Department of Homeland Security on issues related to U.S. higher education.  The group will have its inaugural meeting on March 20 in Washington, DC.  USCET is proud of Marlene’s continued success and wishes her all the best in her new appointment!
