Selina Lam

Selina Lam is the Program Associate at the US-China Education Trust (USCET), where she manages programs, communications, and outreach initiatives that promote educational exchange and dialogue between the United States and China. She coordinates fellowship programs, plans events, manages virtual and in-person programming, and contributes to grant development through proposal writing, budget preparation, and program evaluation. She also oversees USCET’s digital presence, including website management, social media, newsletters, and other branded communications.

A recent graduate of The George Washington University, Selina earned a B.S. in International Affairs and Data Science with a concentration in Economics. Her academic and professional experiences have shaped her interest in regional policy, digital engagement, and the role of education in international development.

She previously served as a Program and Communications Intern at USCET, and has supported research and programming at the US-ASEAN Business Council, the Gaston Sigur Center for Asian Studies, and the China Affairs Forum. Passionate about public diplomacy and global engagement, Selina brings a multicultural perspective and strong analytical skills to her work in the Asia-Pacific policy space.

箐榆曾任中美教育基金 (USCET) 项目与传播实习生,并曾在美国-东盟商业理事会、乔治·华盛顿大学亚洲研究西格尔中心以及中国事务论坛参与研究与项目工作。她热衷于公共外交与国际交流,希望以多元视角与扎实分析推动亚太地区的政策沟通与合作。
