
Patrick Anders is a Program and Communications Intern at the US-China Education Trust (USCET) for summer 2026. He assists with communication, operations, research, and program development.
Patrick is an incoming Juris Doctor candidate at Harvard Law School. He graduated from Brown University with a B.A. in History and Economics. His academic interests focus on U.S.-China relations, Chinese history, international trade, and economics. Patrick has extensive experience in Chinese studies and policy research. He is currently a Blakemore Freeman Fellow at National Taiwan University’s International Chinese Language Program, and studied Chinese at Tsinghua University through the Inter-University Program for Chinese Language Studies.
Before USCET, he served as a teaching assistant in Brown University’s Department of Economics and interned for former House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer. Building on his language training and academic background, he looks forward to contributing to U.S.-China relations through education and dialogue.

Patrick 即将就读于哈佛大学法学院,攻读法律博士学位。他毕业于布朗大学,获得历史学与经济学学士学位。他的学术兴趣主要集中于中美关系、中国历史、国际贸易,以及经济。Patrick 在中国研究和政策研究方面拥有丰富经验。之前,他曾是国立台湾大学国际华语研习所(ICLP)的 Blakemore Freeman Fellow,他也曾通过 Inter-University Program for Chinese Language Studies 在清华大学学习中文。
在加入 USCET 之前,Patrick 曾担任布朗大学经济系助教,并在美国众议院前多数党领袖 Steny Hoyer 的办公室实习。基于他的语言和学术背景,他期待为中美关系领域的教育和双边对话做出贡献。
