Tianyi

PROGRAM & COMMUNICATIONS INTERN

Tianyi Xiao is a Program and Communications Intern at USCET. She assists with program management, communications, and event planning.

Tianyi received her bachelor’s degrees in Journalism and International Studies, with honors and distinctions, from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. She is currently a graduate student at George Washington University, studying International Affairs with a concentration in Economic Policy. Her interests include global environmental governance, particularly the roles China and the United States play, as well as the multilateral cooperation and actions needed to support a more sustainable globalized trade market.

Before interning at USCET, Tianyi was a research assistant at the Peking University Institute of New Structural Economics, where she worked on international development projects in renewable energy and China–Africa cooperation. She was also a visiting scholar with the USIP, working on research related to participatory monitoring and evaluation. 


肖天倚 (Tianyi Xiao) 现任中美教育基金(US-China Education Trust) 项目与传播实习生,协助开展项目管理、传播与活动策划等工作。

天倚毕业于威斯康星大学麦迪逊分校,获得新闻学与国际研究双学士学位。目前,她在乔治华盛顿大学攻读国际事务硕士,研究方向为经济政策。她关注全球环境治理,尤其关注中国与美国在其中所发挥的作用,以及推动更可持续的全球化贸易体系所需的多边合作与行动。

在加入 USCET 之前,Tianyi 曾在北京大学新结构经济学研究院担任研究助理,参与可再生能源与中非合作领域的国际发展研究项目。她也曾在美国和平研究所(USIP)担任访问学者,参与有关参与式监测与评估的研究工作。
