Announcement from USCET

USCET is pleased to welcome two new members to our Advisory Council. Their appointments reinforce our mission to foster U.S.-China understanding through education and will bring extensive expertise and knowledge to USCET’s leadership. Ambassador Craig Allen is a Senior Counselor at The Cohen Group and Senior Fellow at the Asia Society Center for China Analysis. Craig previously served as President of the US-China Business Council from 2018-2024 and before that, had a distinguished career in public service, primarily within the U.S. Department of Commerce. Elizabeth Knup, Senior Fellow at Yale Jackson School of Global Affairs and Senior Advisor to China Focus at The Carter Center, served as the Ford Foundation China Regional Director from 2013-2023 and brings extensive expertise in US-China relations and civil society in China.
