Owen Wang

Ziming (Owen) Wang is a Program and Communications Intern at the US-China Education Trust (USCET) for the fall semester 2025. He assists with communication, operations, research, and program development. 

Owen received an M.A. in International Affairs with a concentration in Conflict Analysis and Resolution as well as a B.A. in Philosophy and International Affairs from the George Washington University. His academic interest has been in phenomenological inquiry into theories of conflicts, especially the role of memorialization and historiography in protracted or otherwise post-conflict scenarios. In terms of the empirical database, he studies post-war dynamics in East Asia, Western Europe, and East Africa during the twentieth and the twenty-first centuries. 

Before interning at the USCET, Owen was a research intern at the America-Eurasia Center, a curriculum development and project assistant at the East Asia National Resource Center, and a research assistant at the Sigur Center for Asian Studies. He also co-manages an education program for the K-12 students in Xi’an, China. 


王子铭(Owen)现于美中教育基金会(USCET)任项目及交流实习生,协助配合外联、运营、调研、项目发展。

教育背景包括硕士学位之国际事务,主修冲突分析与解决,并持哲学及国际事务学士学位,皆受于乔治华盛顿大学。学术方面好以现象学查究冲突理论,其中由记忆化及修史之作用为重。经验上参考东亚、西欧、东非在二十及二十一世纪中的战后交往。

入此基金会前曾担美国欧亚中心调研实习生、国家东亚资源中心课程设计及项目助理、西格尔亚学中心研究助理等职,并持续共同管理一个在西安为中小学生而立的教育项目。
