Student Leaders Exchange Program: Boston University

Boston University (BU) has a longstanding commitment to international exchange, and approximately 35% of its graduates study abroad. In China, BU has a study abroad program in Shanghai, which has focused historically on intensive Chinese but extends to some coursework in political science and history. In addition, BU's College of General Studies regularly offers a course in China as part of its core curriculum. With the help of the USCET Student Leaders Exchange program, BU hopes to double the number of students studying abroad within three years, with a goal of 100 students studying annually in China within four to five years.
